Where can I check my points balance?
Open the Creams app and head to the Creams Sweet Rewards section.
You’ll see:
- Your current points balance
- Your tier status
- How much you need to spend to level up
- Available rewards

You only use the points needed for that reward.
For example, if you have 600 points and redeem a 500-point shake, you’ll still have 100 points left.
Your tier status is based on what you’ve spent – not your current points balance. So redeem away.

Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend, not how many points you have available.
Spending earns status. Redeeming doesn’t reduce it.
You can track your progress in the app. We’ll show you exactly how much more you need to unlock your next level.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.
We’ll always give you a nudge before any points are due to expire – no nasty surprises.
You keep your tier for 12 months from the day you unlock it.
After that, if your spend doesn’t meet the threshold, you’ll move to the appropriate tier.

There’s no minimum spend for dine-in or takeaway redemptions.
If you missed earning points, contact us at loyalty@creamscafe.com with your receipt within 7 days and we’ll help where possible.
Points usually appear instantly but can take up to 24 hours.
If they’re still missing after that, get in touch and we’ll sort it.
Crave Coins are personal and can’t be transferred between accounts.
Yes, as long as you have enough points and the rewards are valid together.
Yes – you earn points based on what you spend in-store or online, regardless of payment method (excluding third-party vouchers unless stated).
If a refund is processed, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
