This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website <https://creams.vmos.io> (“Website”) (“Terms”). Use of our Website includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our Website.

The services and products purchased on the website include, but are not limited to, food and beverages provided by Creams Franchising Ltd operating under the Creams brand, registered in England and Wales under company number 07985478 and have our registered office at 2nd Floor Roding House, 2 Cambridge Road, Barking, Essex, England, IG11 8NL.

The ordering may be made in advance or in store, for in-person collection or for delivery. Customers will need to provide online payment before an order can be prepared. 

Cancellations and refunds 

Orders can be cancelled up to the point our staff start working on them. For some types of orders that is immediately as the order was placed. For scheduled orders, that is a certain amount of time before the collection time. For that reason, we can not offer refunds and cancellations for all orders.
